  Since you have been in the organization a long time you know how it works. The only time they really have any interest in you is when you are coming into it or leaving it.

  Like all cults, they really don't like you leaving it. You say you still want these people in your life but you don't want to believe the way they do....that makes sense to you of course because you have stop drinking the Kool Aid but it wont to them.

  Bottom line it can be done but it's going to be tricky....It's like making love to the Black Widow spider you might be able to do it but you might get eaten too.

  hello, i am in the beginning stages of a slow fade.

  over the years i have become more and more dissatisfied with the beliefs, teachings, and organizational practices of the organization.

  i no longer have faith in it.

  You got a point. Maybe you should stay in. You sure don't want to be on the wrong side when your loving god Jehovah (that you still believe in) comes to Earth to kill 8 BILLION men, women and children, even though vast majority of those people he'll be killing never even heard him.

  Just because his organization is corrupt I sure he is still a cool guy.

  If you want to believe in god that's OK but Jehovah....

  Time to deprogram yourself my friend.

  i'm reading babylon the great has fallen, god's kingdom rules, published 1963. this was studied years ago when i was about 10-12 years old.

  i wanted to just read some of the beliefs from decades ago.

  my wife wants to know why i'm reading this book.

  You are a glutton for punishment. I was 14 when it came out.

  Here is something fun you might want to do. Read the book but pretend you know nothing about the Jehovah's Witnesses and their teachings.

  Pretend you bought it from a door to door salesman as thousands of people did. Read it with the eyes and mind of a non Jehovah's Witness.

  I'm your sure you will come to the same conclusion a friend of mine did after reading this book that is no longer in print.

  What is this conclusion? That the people who wrote this book (probably Franz) and the people who did believe in its pontifications are BAT SHIT crazy.

  My parents died from the corona virus

  both my 84 yr old jw father and my never my jw mother 82 with both together died from the the corona in 24 hours of each other.

  i can tell many fighting i have had here in the last 20 years.on this site .

  i juy hope they rest in peace.

I can tell many fighting I have had here in the last 20 years. (you have been fighting with many people here on this web site?) on this site . I juy (don't know 'juy') hope they rest in peace.

  worldwide numbers – 13%.

  deaths: 359,791. recovered: 2,399,247. active cases 3,044,378. we need to throw out the active cases in our calculations, as we don’t know if those people will survive or die.

  deaths + recovered is 2,759,038. deaths/deaths + recovered = death rate.. 359,791/2,759,038 = 13%.

  you can't escape bias in the news media, so making it visible is the next best thing.. just came across this site which aims to label the news stories to show who is covering it.

  To answer your question of course the answer is yes. Because anything is possible. In this case in it could be a strong possibility if certain scenarios play out.

  I don't believe "the girl next door" comment is true.

  "As various groups rose up, they would be immediately put down by the federal government and the force of the United States military.

  The reason is our troops have no problem killing people from other countries. However they may have a harder time turning their weapons on the men women and children of their own country.
  Especially if they think their own government is bull shit. Which as we all know could be a strong possibility.

  I think it will go more like the movie "V" where the government in future England faked a pandemic for its own gain.

  It that movie the soldiers and people both called bull shit and didn't buy into the lies the media were pedaling.

  Another factor is the fact America is the most armed country in the world....another wild card.

  for the record i'm agnostic, never seen any direct evidence of spirits, afterlife, etc.

  i've been visiting my mother during this corona ordeal.

  a year ago i had a dream i was much older and talking to somebody about how my mom died this year but it was avoidable.

  Just because you don't believe in something doesn't mean it's not possible.

  Maybe we are spiritual creatures having a physical experience.

  Maybe there are no coincidences.

  Maybe just maybe there is more out there than the things we can see and touch.

  You don 't have to believe in it but maybe just open to the possibility of it.
